Course open, preferred lies, winter rules. (updated 20 October at 06:54)

This is a busy time of year for your Eaton Social calendar.

Here is a reminder of some upcoming dates:

13th October Night Golf, for those who have booked this event - don't forget to bring a head torch.

21st October is not only the final supper competition but also on this evening there is a presentation to Sheila Randle and an auction of paintings. You do not have to play in the competition to come to the meal or the events. Just come along if you would like to see the presentation and the auction. Just tell Carol (or Paige in the office) if you would like to enjoy the meal as well.

17th November Beaujolais Nouveau always a very popular event and you have just been sent an email with the details.

24th November Charity Lunch in aid of the Captain and Lady Captains charities. A talk about moving animals, large and not so large is being given by Penny Rudd from Chester Zoo. I am told that Penny keeps about 300 animals herself at home and has been known to bring one or two to events! This is our own "Sectet Life of the Zoo", get your name down with Russ behind the bar.
