Eaton Golf Club’s Junior Academy is one of the most prestigious programs in the region, offering expert coaching for juniors aged 4 to 18. Led by head coach Graham Roberts, the academy has produced elite players who have competed in major amateur tournaments such as the Carris Trophy, Boys Amateur, MacGregor Trophy, and Reid Trophy. With over 80 active juniors, the academy provides structured coaching across three experience levels, focusing on key skills like driving, chipping, putting, and on-course strategy. The program also offers scholarships for dedicated juniors, combining group coaching, one-on-one sessions, and tournament preparation to foster future champions.
HOW YOU WILL LEARN:
• Coaching, competitions, and development, led by a team of club professionals and volunteers.
• Weekly graded coaching sessions on Tuesday and Sunday evenings, and a winter program to ensure year-round training.
• Academy coaching levels range from fun introductory sessions (Level 1) to advanced technical training (Level 3), preparing juniors for club competitions, County level and beyond.
• Eaton provides a prestigious scholarship for selected juniors, offering group and one-to-one coaching, tournament support, and skill assessments.
• Coaching covers key golf skills—driving, iron play, chipping, putting, and on-course etiquette—alongside regular assessments to track progress.
